The design of the pavilion created by Pattern Recognition for the Poland, who was a host of the COP24 Climate Summit, subtracted the exhibition space, conference rooms and meeting rooms. Total space: 360m2.
The exhibition was shaped by a structure consisting of a series of wooden poles reaching from the floor to the ceiling.
The thicket of vertical elements was reminiscence of the forest, transformed into a form of synthetic, minimalist installation. The exhibition was a journey among the elements of its regular structure, which adequately illuminated, created a friendly and interesting, but also hypnotic space.
The main thematic zones were: Man, Nature and Technology. In each of the zones, information about the given topic was presented.
The whole exhibition was conceived as an immersive environment, knocking visitors out of the conference mode, constituting a good background for information exchange and conversation conduct.
The Polish stand at the Katowice conference was visited by over 20,000 people from 190 countries, including politicians, representatives of non-governmental organizations, scientists and bussinesmen.
