Remnants of Prayers is a mobile, temporary exhibition designed and constructed by Pattern Recognition.
Remnants of Prayers is a large-scale project that aims to document the chosen sacred objects from Poland, Norway and Iceland and to familiarize people with them. It is a continuation of the undertaking Save the National Heritage that ended in 2011 but now it considers a bigger territory and a bigger number of investigated objects. Collected and scientifically arranged information about Pomeranian and Scandinavian sacred objects are presented during exhibitions. The exhibition is presented in four cities – in Reykjavik, Bucharest, Poznań and Gdańsk.
We are responsible for the design and construction of this mobile exhibition. While creating we took under consideration it’s mobility, transport issues and the quality of reproductions. Photographs, instead to be printed from jpg file has been exposed, to gain better quality.
